This amazing car called "Scamander RRV" is a four-seater vehicle that can drive on track, off-road or even on the water. The car was built by Peter Wheeler (ex-TVR owner) and it has 35" diameter tires to make most rappers jealous. The rear wheel has a removable paddle system for water propulsion. Click here for video. I think it is not very efficient in water.
