The Taiki is a front-engine and rear--drive sports car powered by a new rotary engine. Taiki means "air" in Japanese. It takes its styling cues from Mazda´s Nagare (flow) design theme, following on from the existing Nagare, Ryuga, and Hakaze concepts. From the dashboard and seats down to the door trim, the interior space creates the dynamic sensation that the flow of the wind is being visually depicted.
