Biosphere Process Gasification Technology
The Biosphere Process Gasification Technology offers the lowest amount of pollutants ever recorded by green energy technologies. This is made possible through the use of air tight containers when processing the feedstock. These oxygen limiters prevent the escape of green house or carbon gases into the atmosphere. The said emissions are the primary cause of global warming and climate change. The revolutionary technology therefore solves the problems in air pollution. It has the capability to lead the transition to clean energies and empower sustainability by preserving the planet longer thus ensuring ample resources for the next generation to utilize.
The Biosphere Process Gasification Technology boasts efficiency not even the most efficient brown energy technology possesses. This efficiency that has always been the missing link towards the progression of green energy sources has finally been found. The efficiency is made possible by the exercise of perfect control over the amount of oxygen permitted to get into contact with the feedstock. Thus, only the most optimal amount of oxygen is applied always. The optimal amount of oxygen results to the purest energy atoms that in turn can be converted into the most efficient form of electricity.
The Biosphere Process Gasification Technology also uses the most desirable form of feedstock which is solid waste. Waste is something no one wants and everybody wants to get rid of. With this new system the garbage can be turned into a solution to our waste problems. Two problems are therefore solved with one solution.

5 SEO Top Considerations
When starting on the SEO journey, do not expect immediate results. Website's position on the search engine is like cheese - as it gets better with time! When internet was in its infancy, there was no need to optimize the site for the search engines to see it. Back then a robot (a.k.a. search spider) was able to traverse all of the sites on the Internet within few hours. Nowadays, the size of websites present on the internet is measured in petabytes(PB) (next level up from terabytes) and it takes search engines at least 72 hours to go through and index the pages.
SEO is all about establishing necessary components for the website to become search engine friendly. It starts with every page on the website having meaningful title and description. It also involves having researched a list of keywords and selected the ones that pertain to the site's content. After that it is a matter of submissions to the search engine queues and establishing link exchanges.
When considering hiring someone to perform SEO for your website make sure to spend the time and research the company. Here are a few questions to ask:
1. Does the company have previous experience with SEO?
2. What is their website's position on Google and Yahoo? If they can't optimize their site what are the chances they'll succeed with yours?
3. What is their strategy for your website? While most SEO companies won't go into detail on how they would perform SEO, they should be able to explain WHAT they have planned for your site.
4. Will the SEO Company use automated program and blast-submit your site to the search engines or do it manually? While faster and cheaper, blast-submitting a website is not without repercussions. To name a few:
---A. Your site might get submitted to adult content search engines.
---B. Your site may not be admitted to be listed as some search engines consider blast-submission a form of spam and either remove these entries from their directories or block them from being entered via CAPTCHA (challenge-response test used in computing to determine whether the user is human) in the first place.
---C. Your site might get submitted to a "link-farm".
5. The minimum amount of time necessary to make any difference in Search Engine position is about three months. In most cases, it is more likely to take about 6-8 months due to aging algorithm implemented by most Search Engines! If the company "guarantees" the top search engine position ask the following questions:
---A. Are they planning to use pay-per-click or pay-per-keyword as the strategy of getting your site to the top? While both strategies are fine, they are very costly and temporary alternatives to solid SEO practice.
---B. Is the person you hired happened to be Larry Page, founder of Google? Because anyone else won't be able to make such a guarantee.
Inexperienced SEO person can cause more damage than benefits to the site's position. You, as a site owner, would ultimately have to deal with the search engines, if your site gets in the bad neighborhood.

Google Panda Update and Why It's Killing So Many Marketers
Back in February of 2011, Google started on a series of updates which were based on user opinions instead of on numerical data such as: number of back links, number of pages with content, keyword density and meta data. As you’ll soon discover, the above mentioned things still have a strong impact on SEO…but if you use them wrong you could end up tossed into the Google black hole. However, the Panda update isn’t based on any specific numerical data. Instead, it was created based on a collection of survey data which was gathered from a group of human users who evaluated real websites. What types of questions were included in this survey?
While there have been some theories, no one knows for sure except Google and the people who did the evaluating. The data from these evaluations has now been translated into a machine language algorithm which is being used right now to evaluate your website and determine its fate in the search results. Since we have no idea what questions were asked of the people who did the evaluating, we only have two options for discovering the “new rules” of Google search ranking evaluation:
1. Keep doing what used to work hoping it will still work.
2. Read as much as we can about SEO, apply some of it and see what works
3. Partner with Google and stop chasing after SEO “tricks”
By “partner with Google,” I mean that instead of trying to trick them and slip in under the radar with all the other spammers, discover what’s important to Google and how you can start applying that knowledge to get and to keep good search engine rankings. I’m not talking about “cracking the Google code” here, you’re better off trying to break into the White House. Google is interested in creating and interactive experience for their users. That’s why people log onto the internet, search for information, land on websites, stay on websites and buy products and services from websites.
They don’t want to be fooled, baited and switched, swept into sales funnels, redirected, interrupted by pop-up ads, stuck reading a 10 minute sales presentation or assaulted with dozens of super-duper make money from home email offers. People want to find relevant information, quickly and to discover something which helps them solve a problem or get something they really want. They want to connect with other webusers, bloggers, companies and websites which they can trust to deliver them relevant and valuable content on a consistent basis.
If you deliver this experience, people will love your site, they’ll stay on it, they’ll return to it. They’ll tell their friends about it and when they’re looking for the types of products and services you’re selling, your website will be the first place they think of. If you don’t do this, you might be able to squeak by and “fool” the search engines into giving you higher rankings, you might be able to redirect a few people to some affiliate offers, but a time will come when another Google update will knock your site down from its high ranking spot and leave you scrambling for the next SEO “secret.”
This is exactly what happened to dozens of marketers in the wake of the Panda update…and it WILL happen again, and again and again until Google finally buries all the spammers. Only the high value sites which create a great user experience will be left in the Google search results. There’s nothing you can do to change this, Google is a multi-billion dollar company and they’re on a mission to exterminate how value sites. If you want to build a secure and solid future as an internet marketer, you need to partner with Google asap and now is a great time to do it.

iPhone Technology
Interface based on the user
Mac OS X is a kind of user interface which is primarily featured by Apple. Although, it has been easier for competitors to replicate the idea. Apple has decided not to open developers belonging from a third party. The downfall of those who replicates the idea of having user interface is that it becomes a hassle instead of an advantage because of slow loading and sometimes, it never gets to the loading part at all.
Supports video generating websites
Mobile phones were considered as a means of communication in the past times. Text messaging was then the single most important use of a cell phone and was one of the main features of mobile manufacturers. Today, the youth seem to convey the importance of having a mobile phone which can browse and even stream music videos and movies from their source. On the other hand, while some are very well satisfied with the performance of the device in terms of surfing through the net and checking out important e-mails, others are still unconvinced on the matters of its connectivity edge via Wi-Fi because of the precaution that access will not be as smooth as expected.
Supports iTunes
Apple has accomplished this very vital part of human-melodic life. A lot of people purchasing the phone had the sole reason of having one because of the musicality features. Other phone manufacturers have tried putting up a model that will sufficiently feature downloading songs the easy way. There are a lot of struggles done in order to put up with the idea of organizing a multimedia management through phones basing from multimedia order. Technically, iPhone has successfully done its part in managing this kind of predicament and has filled up files with top rating contents of the multimedia field.
Screen display
This is considered as Apple’s pride – the display. The phone’s display is about 3.5 inches with a 320 x 480 pixels display. The touch screen feature made it impossible for other competitors to beat Apple basing on market value and capability of mobile phones. Upgrading surface display to a high quality optical glass from plastic is one of the major factors why the device has become more scratch-proof. The more reason why people love it compared to other devices.
Release reviews
There are a lot of murmurs regarding the release of the device. Although, this didn’t stop the manufacturer to introduce it to the technological world. It has a retail price of $499 that is tagged for the 4 GB storage and $599 for the 8 GB storage. The contract was signed for AT&T for two years. Compared to other phones that has already been released and made ground breaking moments through the communication world, the price tag was quite reasonable and has proven its worth.
It has become record-breaking that Apple reached its mark and was well-appreciated by advocates all over the globe.

Pimp Your Cube Now!
This post brought to you by Contest Factory. All opinions are 100% mine.

Office accommodation comprises workspace areas for individuals and teams, support spaces (example: meeting rooms, conference rooms, waiting areas, storage, etc) and circulation space. The areas scheduled herein are recommended maximum areas applicable to the particular function. In a number of cases, less space will be required than the recommended maximums, and in these cases, less space should be allocated based on need. The proportion of the available area that is to be allocated to support spaces needs to be considered in order to achieve an appropriate workplace density target. In some cases, a trade off might be necessary between personal spaces and support spaces to achieve the required functionality and still meet appropriate workplace density targets.
Increasingly, workplaces must support rapid technology development and implementation, dynamic organizational changes, and concomitant employee needs for balancing privacy, collaboration and other work processes. Open plan offices have been positioned as providing at least partial solutions to many of these historic and contemporary challenges. Most of its relevant constituencies anticipate that the workplace will continue to change rapidly, with technology developments, innovative communication methods, virtual reality, e-market improvements, and alternative work patterns all playing a role.
Luckily there is a cool technology out there that can help you out. Pimp My Cube is searching for the worst, most pathetic and messy cubicle or office that may have bad furniture, old technology, messy, unorganized, noisy, dirty, dark and/or any other attributes that make it a bad space to work in... If you have a messy, unorganized and dirty cubicles or offices, why don't you participate in the Pimp My Cube Contest. The grand prize is quite tempting where it will be determined by the Contest Factory judges. The second prize is a $200 gift card and it will be awarded to a registered user via random drawing after the contest period ends. The contest period is from 12/5/11 at 12:00PM to 1/31/11 at 12:00PM.
To enter you must be a US residents which has the most pathetic and miserable cubicle or office space. If you are the one, upload a video explaining the details about why it is horrible and why it is so important to "pimp it". Then after you have upload your video, invite everyone you know to vote for your video. You'll get entry points for registering, voting, commenting and inviting others to register for the contest. Go try your luck now!

Google Apps Basic
Standard Edition. This edition of Google Apps is free. You get all the apps, 6 GB of storage per person, a control center for administrators, work-anywhere mobility, and the great collaboration tools that make Google Apps so impressive.
Premier Edition. This edition of Google Apps costs $50 per user per year. When you think of what your organization can save in time, licensing fees, hardware and software maintenance and upgrades, it’s a great deal. Premier Edition offers all the goodies that come with Standard Edition, plus some extras. Here are the highlights: 25 GB of email storage per person, email migration from your current system, free phone support, APIs to integrate Google Apps with your current system (including single sign-on and user provisioning), email policy management and message recovery.
Getting started is easy. Google has designed its applications to be both accessible and easy to use. It takes only a few seconds to sign up and start using your first program. You just need a Web browser (the more recent, the better) and an Internet connection. If you're going to sign up for a few individual applications you need a Google Account. Some applications create a Google Account for you as part of the sign-up process, but it's a good idea to start by signing up for a Google Account, because it gives you access to all the apps. If you're a domain administrator (that is, you manage the domain name your organization owns) and you want to use Google Apps for your organization, first you have to create a Google Apps account for your domain (see Chapter 10). From there, you can create accounts for your users, and customize your domain’s apps the way you want them.

How To Download Audio Books To Your Mp3 Player
What used to take days or weeks of waiting for the mail carrier to deliver your audio books on tape or CD, it now takes no more than a few minutes. You can be listening to your favorite MP3 books straight away. And it’s going to get even better, easier and quicker, judging from the giant advances in audio and web technologies in recent months.
The hard-core audiobook listeners may take a while to “convert” from using tapes and CDs to an MP3 format. The sheer convenience, perfect control and the size choices MP3 players offer, the “change-over period” is likely going to be a short one.
So, if you are a budding MP3 book pioneer and want the latest portable audio technology conveniences, they are waiting here to serve you without having to spend a fortune or extra time to do it right.
To download audio books in MP3 format to your computer and over to your MP3 player, look at the exact steps you need to take to do it quickly and easily.
Just note the following instructions use Windows Media Player - Version 10 as an example.
Let’s assume you are already good at downloading files from the web onto your computer.
Let’s also assume that you already own an MP3 player, but don’t know how to do this transfer correctly yet.
1. If you are using an older version of Windows Media Player and need to upgrade, surf over to Microsoft and download it at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download. Follow the installation instructions.
2. Download the MP3 books to your computer. It is a good idea to create a separate folder, say in “My Documents” folder and name it “My Audio Books”. It allows you to keep your audio book downloads all in one location. Done it? Good.
3. Now, connect your computer (switched on) to the MP3 player using the USB cable supplied with your player.
4. Once the connection between the two is live, your computer will show that it has found a new piece of hardware. If it doesn't say this, just unplug everything in the above sequence and try again.
5. Is it working now? Okay. Open your Windows Media Player and open the audio book MP3 file you want to copy. This will open your audio book in the main display area of Windows Media Player.
6. Add the audio book to the Sync List of your Windows Media Player.
7. Go ahead and click on the Sync tab on the Windows Media Player. It brings you to a pull-down arrow menu on the left-side box of the Sync tab. Make sure you select the choice "Removable Disk (E)", or the name of your MP3 player as the source where the audio book will be copied to.
8. Do you see a display with the choice to "Start Sync" right now? Great! Go ahead and click on it. Once you’ve done this, the Windows Media Player will let you know that it's sending the audio book to your MP3 player.
9. As soon as the sync (or copying) of the audio book file is complete, you can check to assure it is on your MP3 player. See it there? Excellent. One more step to go.
10. To finish this process properly, ensure you click on your PC's hardware icon (found in your system tray – in the right bottom corner - usually a small icon with a green arrow) to "Safely Remove Hardware".
Don't remove the USB cable until you get a clear signal saying "Safe To Remove Hardware".
Removing the USB cable without following this step may damage both your computer and the MP3 player.
Note:
Are you using an older version of Windows Media Player? Even so, you can still follow the steps above. The only major difference is that instead of having "Sync", you will have "Copy" in the menu. You can click on it and follow the same steps above to have your audio book copied to your MP3 player.
If you have a portable MP3 player that uses a drag-and-drop file method instead of Windows Media Player synchronization, then the steps are easy to follow. Simply connect your player to the computer as above. Open the player’s window by clicking on its name or on “Removable Disc (for example E or F) under “My Computer” icon.
Then, open the MP3 books folder (the location where you have them saved) in a separate window. Keep both windows open side-by-side. Now, left-click, hold and drag the audio files over to the open window of the portable player. Once you release the left mouse button, there will be a short file-transfer moment. Done? Now, your MP3 books are on your player, ready for you to enjoy listening to it.
So, can you play back the audio book from your MP3 player now? If you have followed the steps, you should hear the audio book playing on your MP3 player. If you have difficulties, you can watch an easy-to-follow video that shows you how to do it at http://www.mybigaudio.com/help.html .

Deploying Applications on iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad
Applications from the online App Store work on iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad without any additional steps. If you develop an application that you want to distribute yourself, it must be digitally signed with a certificate issued by Apple. You must also provide your users with a distribution provisioning profile that allows their device to use the application.
The process for deploying your own applications is:
Registering for Application Development
To develop and deploy custom applications for iPhone OS, first register for the iPhone Enterprise Developer Program at http://developer.apple.com/. Once you complete the registration process, you’ll receive instructions for enabling your applications to work on devices.
Signing Applications
Applications you distribute to users must be signed with your distribution certificate. For instructions about obtaining and using a certificate, see the iPhone Developer Center at http://developer.apple.com/iphone.
Creating the Distribution Provisioning Profile
Distribution provisioning profiles let you create applications that your users can use on their device. You create an enterprise distribution provisioning profile for a specific application, or multiple applications, by specifying the AppID that is authorized by the profile. If a user has an application, but doesn’t have a profile that authorizes its use, the user isn’t able to use the application. The designated Team Agent for your enterprise can create distribution provisioning profiles at the Enterprise Program Portal at http://developer.apple.com/iphone. See the website for instructions. Once you create the enterprise distribution provisioning profile, download the .mobileprovision file, and then securely distribute it and your application.
Installing Provisioning Profiles Using iTunes
The user’s installed copy of iTunes automatically installs provisioning profiles that are located in the following folders defined in this section. If the folders don’t exist, create them using the names shown.
Mac OS X
- ~/Library/MobileDevice/Provisioning Profiles/
- /Library/MobileDevice/Provisioning Profiles/
- the path specified by the ProvisioningProfilesPath key in ~/Library/Preferences/
- com.apple.itunes
- bootdrive:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileDevice\Provisioning Profiles
- bootdrive:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Apple Computer\MobileDevice\Provisioning Profiles
- the path specified in the HKCU or HKLM by the ProvisioningProfilesPath registry key SOFTWARE\Apple Computer, Inc\iTunes
Windows Vista
- bootdrive:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileDevice\Provisioning Profiles
- bootdrive:\ProgramData\Apple Computer\MobileDevice\Provisioning Profiles
- the path specified in the HKCU or HKLM by the ProvisioningProfilesPath registry key SOFTWARE\Apple Computer, Inc\iTunes
Installing Provisioning Profiles Using iPhone Configuration Utility
You can use iPhone Configuration Utility to install provisioning profiles on connected
devices. Follow these steps:
1 In iPhone Configuration Utility, choose File > Add to Library, and then select the
provisioning profile that you want to install.
The profile is added to iPhone Configuration Utility and can be viewed by selecting the
Provisioning Profiles category in the Library.
2 Select a device in the Connected Devices list.
3 Click the Provisioning Profiles tab.
4 Select the provisioning profile in the list, and then click its Install button.
Installing Applications Using iTunes
Your users use iTunes to install applications on their devices. Securely distribute the
application to your users and then have them follow these steps:
1 In iTunes, choose File > Add to Library and select the application (.app) you provided.
You can also drag the .app file to the iTunes application icon.
2 Connect a device to the computer, and then select it in the Devices list in iTunes.
3 Click the Applications tab, and then select the application in the list.
4 Click Apply to install the application and all distribution provisioning profiles that are located in the designated folders.
Installing Applications Using iPhone Configuration Utility
You can use iPhone Configuration Utility to install applications on connected devices.
Follow these steps:
1 In iPhone Configuration Utility, choose File > Add to Library, and then select the application that you want to install.
The application is added to iPhone Configuration Utility and can be viewed by selecting the Applications category in the Library.
2 Select a device in the Connected Devices list.
3 Click the Applications tab.
4 Select the application in the list, and then click its Install button.
Using Enterprise Applications
When a user runs an application that isn’t signed by Apple, the device looks for a distribution provisioning profile that authorizes its use. If a profile isn’t found, the application won’t open.
Disabling an Enterprise Application
If you need to disable an in-house application, you can do so by revoking the identity used to sign the distribution provisioning profile. The application will no longer be able to be installed, and if it’s already installed, it will no longer open.
